CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Overview
- Pay built to add up. Average $1,800 per week, with base pay of 72-77CPM with all miles paid — loaded and empty. Plus, earn performance, safety, and service bonuses worth up to 3CPM on all miles.*
- A floor you can plan around. Regional drivers qualify for a $1,500 weekly minimum pay guarantee* when available for dispatch, accepting reasonable loads, and meeting service expectations — so your baseline is never a guessing game.

- Home every week. Run Midwest regional lanes through WI, MI, OH, IN, IL, and MN and get home every week — real home time you can actually plan around.
- Freight that keeps you rolling. Run 100% no-touch, dry-van freight with a majority of drop & hook loads on contracted customer accounts — consistent miles on familiar Midwest regional runs.
- Assigned trucks built for the road. Drive your own 2022–2026 Freightliner Cascadia equipped with APUs, inverters, a microwave, and refrigerator, backed by an on-site shop and 24/7 road service so you’re never left waiting.
